Licence and renewal

Your pharmacy’s BatchRx licence runs for a fixed term. You are warned well before it ends.

Stage	What you see	What still works
Expiring	A banner at 30, 15 and 7 days before the end (Owner and Manager). Dismiss it for the session.	Everything
Grace period	A warning that the licence expired on a date and when read-only starts.	Everything
Read-only	A red notice for everyone.	Sign in, view and search records, run reports, print existing invoices

In read-only mode new sales, purchases, returns and changes are switched off. Contact Pinelab to renew — your data is untouched and everything resumes once the licence is renewed.

Pharmacies that are not on an enforced licence see none of these banners.
