Updating the app

BatchRx checks for new versions on its own. Under Sync → Updates you see the current status, for example Checking for updates… or Update 1.2.0 found, downloading…

• Click Check for updates to look now.
• When an update has downloaded, click Restart to update to apply it.

Tip

Install updates at the end of the day, after all offline sales have synced (Sync status shows no pending sales).

To find your current version, click the BatchRx logo at the top of the sidebar. Quote it when you contact support.
