Stock and batches

Owner and Manager only.

Stock lists every batch with: Item, Batch no., Expiry, Qty on hand, MRP, Purchase rate and PTR.

How stock moves

• Purchases and opening stock add to a batch.
• Sales reduce batches earliest-expiry-first.
• Returns put the returned quantity back into stock.
• Expired batches are never offered for sale.
