Things worth knowing up front
Section titled “Things worth knowing up front”- Stock is sold earliest-expiry-first (FEFO). You pick the item and quantity; BatchRx picks the batch. Expired stock is never sold.
- GST is calculated for you from each item’s GST rate.
- Invoices are never edited or deleted. To undo a sale you issue a return, which creates a credit note.
- Offline billing needs a registered terminal. See Offline billing.
- Click the BatchRx logo at the top of the sidebar to see the app version — useful when contacting support.
